What is an Audio Guestbook?

An audio guestbook allows your guests to leave heartfelt, funny, or memorable messages during your event. Instead or in addition to a traditional written guestbook, your guests will use a vintage-style telephone to record their messages, creating a timeless keepsake filled with the voices and well-wishes of your loved ones.

Vintage Telephone Setup:
- Guests simply pick up the handset and speak into the phone to leave their message.
- The messages are recorded digitally.
Unlimited Messages:
- There is no limit to the number of messages that can be recorded during the rental period.
Personalization:
- Customizable greetings to guide your guests on how to leave their messages.
- Personalized instructions printout can be created to match the theme of your event.
Audio Files:
- All messages are provided to you via email after the event.

Pricing:

Standard Rental Package: Includes the audio guestbook device and decor, setup, teardown, and digital files of all recordings. $150 per event
Additional Services:
- Delivery and setup additional cost for outside of Hastings events.

How to Book:

Availability Check: Contact us with your event date and location to check availability.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking.
Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will confirm your booking and discuss any customization options you desire.
